Dream Home Creators Inc ("DHC") sends operational text messages (SMS/MMS) to employees, subcontractors, and clients who have provided their phone number to us: scheduling confirmations, arrival updates, project progress notifications, daily work reports, appointment reminders, and customer-service replies.
Clients opt in to receive text messages from DHC by checking a clearly labeled, optional, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox on our online estimate form at https://dhc-os.vercel.app/estimate, or by providing express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and declining to opt in does not affect your estimate or project. Employees and subcontractors opt in through written consent during onboarding.
